I have been using this for years. I like that I can prepare fresh the amount I need for the day or prepare more and keep some for another day.

This container gets empty before I realize it. Tge children use it ob everything and one adds it to sour cream to make dip.

I like to make my dressing fresh , and control the amount of mayo that goes in with milk to make a lighter but still zesty dressing .

When I don't want to make a quart. Or to add the Ranch taste to any dish without the mayo and sour cream. A really great idea.
