been using this for years for a lot of different kinds of recipes . crockpot roast is awesome with dry ranch dressing , dry italian dressing and pkg of brown gravy with half cup water. no other flavoring needed. not even salt and pepper.

The original Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix has the perfect blend of spices and although there are other knock offs out there, none matches the flavors that roll off your tongue. In addition to chips, I used this on burritos and baked potatoes!

I add this to my cottage cheese. It offers flavor but also can be used in place of sour cream on baked potatoes. Blend cottage cheese to break up curds, perfect to cut calories!

I try to use the whole packet as quick as I can after opening it because any leftover will usually harden in the humidity. I like the packets because I can use as much or as little of the seasoning as I want to make my dip to my taste. The seasoning is stronger, not overpowering but strong enough that you don’t taste the sour cream just that good ranch dip flavor.
