My hubby recently lost 60 pounds. Part of his diet has included lots and lots of raw veggies. In order to make the veggies even yummier, and to add just enough filling fat to the mix, he's been eating 2 tbsp of Hidden Valley Ranch everyday.

Great taste and very versatile. We use it on salads as dips for veggies as well as creating multiple chicken recipes. When the kids won't eat something you add the ranch and soon it is gone.
