The flavor and consistency are both excellent! It's great with either milk or water, but I prefer milk! There is nothing like a hot glass of this hot chocolate on a cold winter day!

I drink this any time of the day and I sprinkle with cinnamon sometimes. A great value and a great tasty hot drink that I will continue to love and enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this hot chocolate all the time it is the best tasting brand out there. I make mine by emptying contents into a mug add some cream then run my Keurig for the hot water. Give it a stir and tastes just like it came from a coffee shop. So rich and creamy. The best on these cold winter nites butvI drink this all year round when relax in the evening.

I love my chocolate milk in the morning before work my swiis miss especially when the weather is cold. It's just perfect to warm me up. My kids and grandma enjoy when the weather is cold we get marshmallows and we added to hot cocoa is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiss Miss has been around since my childhood. My mom used to buy it during the winter months and especially during Christmas. I also remember the pudding. As I grew up and got married I bought it for my home and my children loved it. They still do. It has become a tradition in my home for the holidays and it still warms me with the memories of my mom that I miss everyday. Thank you Swiss Miss for your delicious cocoa and for the heartfelt memories that I have and I know my children will have when I'm gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Raised my kids on Swiss Miss in the '80's. It was our go to on cold and snowy school days for eons. Rich, creamy and chocolatey, Swiss Miss filled many a winter mug! Fast forward to 2025. Kids are grown, but nostalgia lives on. Bought an enormous box of Swiss Miss from a big box store for personal winter pampering. Heated the water, stirred in a packet, and...whomp whom. What a let down. No creamy texture, little chocolate flavor; just watered down sugar water. Tried another packet: same result. Whatever you've done in cost cutting, this product is less than. Please bring back the original creamy, milky cocoa-eu cocoa of yesteryear.

It blends quickly in hot water or warm milk & the taste is so satisfying. It's perfect for cool days or as a treat anytime. No other brand has ever come close to Swiss Miss!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought Swiss Miss milk chocolate cocoa to have through the winter. It has a wonderful, smooth, velvety rich, chocolate flavor, and wonderful texture. It's a regular drink for my husband and I enjoyed alone, with dessert or even after cracked dungeoness crab!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I love a warm cup of hot chocolate, especially during the winter months. Swiss Miss is a staple in our pantry because it's both comforting and convenient. Whenever we want to warm up, we simply heat our milk in the microwave and add one of the individual packets. The ease of preparation and perfectly portioned packets make it a favorite in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiss Miss is a favorite hot chocolate for me for so many years now! I keep a package on hand for when I want a hot beverage but not a highly caffeinated one. I love chocolate and chocolate drinks, and having this on hand for my last minute hot cocoa needs is a big help. Rich creamy flavor and a good basis drink if I want to add other flavorings as a treat.
