[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased it I was craving a nice hot cup of hot chocolate but where was the chocolate flavor? Thank goodness I had a piece of chocolate bark to melt in it. I'm quit disappointed in the quality of it. It needs to taste like chocolate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a consistently good hot chocolate. The key is achieving the right consistency; too much water, and unsurprisingly, it's not as good. Don't use boiling hot water, use 180degree water and you don't have to wait for it to cool down. Adding milk or whipped cream makes it better.

I love swiss miss hot chocolate i have been buying the big box at the store and i brew the biggest cup setting on my kuraig and add two packets of hot chocolate and it turns out so good, i recently discovered its really good with cool whip or whipped topping (i know people usually use whip cream in a can) but all i had was cool whip and it was the' best thing ever, :)
