Whether you mix it in water or milk the chocolate flavor is there. I love it so much I now have it boxes of it ordered with our coffee grounds at work. When I was without power because of the ice storm that just happened, I brought my Swiss Miss with me to my bf's because he had power, and this hot chocolate made me feel so much happier and filled with comfort. I measure a few individual size bags to take on trips because 95% of the time, the hotel doesn't have any. I say it helps with my heating bill. Instead of turning up the heat, I get a hot cup of cocoa.
