Rich, creamy and chocolatey, Swiss Miss filled many a winter mug! Fast forward to 2025. Kids are grown, but nostalgia lives on. Bought an enormous box of Swiss Miss from a big box store for personal winter pampering. Heated the water, stirred in a packet, and...whomp whom. What a let down. No creamy texture, little chocolate flavor; just watered down sugar water. Tried another packet: same result. Whatever you've done in cost cutting, this product is less than. Please bring back the original creamy, milky cocoa-eu cocoa of yesteryear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the classic hot cocoa that you think of, if you want it to taste more rich, definitely use milk. I personally prefer something more rich and chocolately since if I am drinking my calories, it needs to taste good.

This is my base start for my famous family hot chocolate. I've probably bought 10 canisters since it's gotten cold. And adding marshmallow crème to top it off with chocolate sprinkles is to die for.
