I like to use half milk and half water for a richer flavor and more velvet texture. Recently, I've added a pack to brownie batter and it was delicious! This product is sure to warm your belly and keep you happy and comforted!

However, as I've aged (now 53), your recipe has changed over the years. Sadly, I can no longer enjoy that smooth, creamy, velvety, warm chocolate on a cold day anymore. I'm deathly alergic to coconut and your products now contain that ingredient. I am hopeful one day, the Swiss Miss company will go back to not using coconut or palm in their ingredients. Maybe then, one day, I can once again drink my beloved Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate again.

As another alternative I mix it into my coffee to make my own Mocha at home. Try your version of Swiss Miss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friends and I had a adult beverage at a wonderful Irish restaurant. The main ingredient was Swiss Miss. We all slept so sweetly that night. A few weeks later I had major surgery and the only beverage that was soothing and comforting was Swiss Miss prepared by my granddaughter. The ease of preparation for such a comforting soothing drink is a blessing. I am in process of trying all flavors and adding whipped cream and other extras. Thank goodness I have rediscovered the warmth of childhood.

Very dissatisfied in the way my order with a delivery problem was handled. The carrier advised no such address or some such. Address was correct. When trying to rectify this, the only option given to me was that the order would be canceled and a refund issued. I stated I didn't want it canceled, I wanted the product thinking that Sam's would investigate and resolve. I was advised that I could place another order, however, I had no reason to believe a second order would result in a different outcome and, hence, would be a total waste of my time. Order was placed online due to it not being available in the store as it once was. I love Sam's and shop there regularly, but the service provided in handling this online purchase was very disappointing.
