[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love hot chocolate and Swiss Miss is my favorite. It's super creamy when you make it with milk. It's nostalgic for me, since I used to drink it on snowy days as a kid. Now, when my nieces come over, I make it for them. It makes me sleepy, so I like to make it to relax before bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started drinking your product when I was a young kid myself. I always loved it. My sister and I would go outside playing in the snow. Makes snowman come in the house and my mom would have Swiss Miss hot chocolate waiting for us. I liked it the most with whipped cream on top. Now I have five grandchildren of my own. I still buy your product and now they love it so a second generation is enjoying delicious hot chocolate three of them prefer marshmallows in it to like the whipped cream. It makes my heart happy when I see them drinking something that I also drink as a kid we all sit around the table and enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my giant box of 30 envelopes to mix one in my morning coffee for 30 days.. no fooling around it’s the best ever.. although the mini marshmallows are a bonus but had to search to find some..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiss Miss isn’t just hot coco. It’s emotional support in a mug. We drink it everyday because like Fe is hard, mornings are rude, and this coco never lets you down. Rich, cozy, and dependable- unlike most things. If loving Swiss Miss is wrong, we don’t want to be right David and Kate Lardner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been drinking Swiss miss hot chocolate for years, it's the best. Very rich chocolatey flavor, great by itself, with marshmallows or whipped cream. I haven't tried any of the other flavors as of yet but will soon.

My wife loves this with her morning coffee. I empty the entire packet to her mug, then using my Keurig single serve, I make a 12oz coffee using the Hawaiian Blend flavor and voila... perfect morning companion..to keep you awake while working from home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate is one of those simple comforts that actually lives up to the nostalgia. It mixes smoothly with hot milk or water, no weird clumps, and the flavor is mellow, chocolatey, and just sweet enough without being overpowering. It’s not trying to be fancy artisan cocoa it’s dependable, cozy, and exactly what you want on a cold day or when you need a quick pick-me-up. What really stands out is how consistent it is. Every packet tastes the same, and it’s ready in minutes, which makes it perfect for busy mornings, late-night cravings, or just a little everyday treat. If you use milk instead of water, it turns extra creamy and feels way more indulgent than something that easy should.Overall, Swiss Miss delivers classic hot chocolate comfort: warm, smooth, and reliably satisfying. A pantry staple for a reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiss Miss isn’t just hot chocolate to me, it’s a comfort drink. Whenever I make a cup, it instantly makes me feel calmer and more relaxed. The smell alone feels familiar and cozy, and the taste is smooth, chocolatey, and warm in the best way. I like that Swiss Miss is always consistent. No matter when I have it, it tastes the same and gives me that comforting feeling I’m looking for. It reminds me of being younger, but it still works now when I just need a break or a quiet moment. Whether it’s a cold day or I’ve had a long one, Swiss Miss makes things feel a little better. That’s why it’s my comfort drink and always will be.
