The cost per cup is ridiculous compared to local shops and can be made so quickly! The chocolate tastes great and dissolve completely with hot water. My machine lets me adjust amount of water from 6 to 8 to 10 to 12 ounce and I find the Tate to be very good even at 10 o'clock 12 ounce!
