Great value! I love that the box has an easy access flap that can be removed. Each packet is separated and does not need detached from other like in smaller boxes of Swiss Miss.

Our winters are long and cold, so we always have this hot chocolate on hand. The convent packets are easy for my kids to help out once the water is ready.

I have on more than one occasion found rodent feces in the box and a few packets with chew holes. Outer box had no holes so happened in warehouse. Consumption deterrent but every factory has these issues.

In the long run, it's best to get these packets. While the canister of cocoa mix costs less per ounce, packets make less mess, and don't turn into a hard brick over time. Get the packets.

Delicious and smooth texture. Super economical, can be divided to use 1/2 packet per cup. I use warm milk and add instant coffee for my morning beverage.

This is very good hot chocolate. It is rich and flavorful, but at the same time the chocolate flavor is not overpowering. It has the right taste for good hot chocolate.

It is just one of those things you get your money's worth out of by buying in bulk. This may last us a year or just pull us through the winter season.

This is always good - if packed correctly by shipper - but we shouldn't have to wait six months for availability. that just means I have to order more than I need at a time to ensure I will have it when I run out of normal inventory.
