It’s smooth, creamy, perfectly chocolatey, not too fancy, not too intense, just dependable, warm happiness in a mug. Basically, if comfort had a flavor… this would be it.

They only thing I have to use so much to get a really good chocolately taste. But I love Swiss Miss and I always drink it when I need a pick me up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a very cold Winter here in Kentucky and if you need a quick warm up, anywhere, just grab the Swiss Miss. It is simply the best hot cocoa out there. I have tried the store brand and it is not close to the delicious creamy texture of Swiss Miss. If you want the best it's gotta be Swiss Miss.

My kids drank it when they were little, and I drink a lot of it since I am not a coffee drinker. I have been places where they have hot chocolate but it is an off brand and does not compare to Swiss Miss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it as is! But I have several packages and of a morning I add half a packet to my coffee's for a mocha flavored coffee. It is so good. I don't have to add anything else. It has the milk and sugar and comes out perfectly!

Great to sip it on chilly fall days, or during winter months during those cold days. Good in any season! Fun fact: when holding a cup of Swiss Miss it can also be a hand warmer on during the cold days!!! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had not purchased hot cocoa in a hot minute but as my family grabbed a few paper cups of coffee I grabbed two packages of hot cocoa. It was a tad overkill on the AC that night in our hotel, I wanted hot tea but they didn’t have sweet and low. I love two bags when it comes to hot cocoa and it makes it extra chocolaty. One bag just never seems to be enough. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer. Chemo played with my body in every way it could and then some. One way was with my taste buds. Those hot cocoa made my night, warmed me up and I could taste it as well. The best surprise was I thought they were regular bags and to my surprise they had more marshmallows than I remember them having! It’s the little things! Literally!
