I use to cut costs and just buy the cheapest brands of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Til last year. We get many visiting companies from other countries, who ask for hot chocolate by the name Swiss Miss. They do not call it anything else than Swiss Miss. Sometimes the language barriers makes understanding some of them very difficult when I am trying to meet their needs. But hearing them ask for or rave about Swiss Miss is a universal language. It is now at the top of my need to buy supplies list monthly. My regular order is for 8-10 boxes a month in the winter months. Thanks for having such a great quality product. It mixes completely in hot water, no nasty floaters, or residue. It tastes like a high end Swiss chocolate dessert!! Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

A thermos of hot chocolate is an easy treat when on winter activities. And sometimes spice it up on a night for relaxing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have made my mom's favorite way to drink Swiss Miss Milk chocolate cocoa since I was little living in Massachusetts.... hot cocoa, marshmallow fluff (a staple in homes in New England for Fluffernutter sandwiches), melted into the hot cocoa, and then dunking hot buttery toast into the sweet gooey deliciousness. I often double up the cocoa envelopes for richer flavor! Ok... off to heat up some now!

That Saturday afternoon I fixed several cups of it for the family. It warmed our bodies and our hearts as we stayed in from the cold outside. It was so delicious.
