[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used this brand. From my experience, I like using water instead of milk. Tastes better to me. Put the mixture in a cup and then water. Put it in the microwave. For probably 2 minutes. Stir. Careful it will be hot.

I'm pretty sure after years of this my veins are made out of Swiss Miss cocoa lol 😆 This drink is so amazing and it never fails to make me feel better. It's basically my emotional support drink. 😂 When I discovered this flavor in massive containers at Sam's, I about died and to heaven.

The great thing was it only takes one package and even with 12 oz of hot water it's still thicker than a lot of other of the competitor products. I also had times like to add a candy cane into it and let it soak for a bit then I get a nice chocolate peppermint surprise.
