I have tried many brands, and I was really shocked that this came out on top! My workplace (a major theme park) only purchases Swiss Miss for our break room - and it's the best thing ever!! I will never go back to any other brand - and quite frankly, I find this better than anything I can buy at a coffee shop (I'm looking at you Starbucks..)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used this brand. From my experience, I like using water instead of milk. Tastes better to me. Put the mixture in a cup and then water. Put it in the microwave. For probably 2 minutes. Stir. Careful it will be hot.

A thermos full of Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Chocolate has warmed our kids from the inside out during ice fishing, ice skating & sledding! Quick stir and it's the perfect temp to start drinking or add whipped topping without it melting in seconds.
