We use Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa in our beverage trailer in Johnson City, TX during Lights Spectacular. It is a hit, and our customers keep coming back year after year. We give out the drinks for donations that the funds go to 4-H, FFA and Brown Santa. We give back to our community!

I mix hot cocoa with coffee for homemade mocha every day. Much less expensive that buying at a coffee shop. For this I need a lot of hot cocoa, and prefer the individual packets. So I buy this. Sam's Club does not stock it in stores during summer, so then I buy online. Price much better than other sources.

Swiss Miss is my favorite Hot Chocolate. I have tried other brands and it has better flavor than other brands. Up scale motels offer Swiss Miss with their continental breakfasts. It seems to be a universal favorite. I use warm milk to make my cocoa and there is none as good as that. In the past I noticed that the cocoa of other brands did not completely dissolve in warm milk. Instead there was always a messy appearance to the finished hot chocolate and it was like trying to drink powder at times. Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate as completely dissolves when preparing a hot drink and it is therefore quite an enjoyable breakfast drink.

Each individual package felt like it had been kept in non climate control room. They were tight from one side to the other side. I have to carefully open the pack over the sink so that I don't spill powder on the counter or floor. There were powder sipping out from the crack of box. I have to be careful not to spread the powder on the counter and floor. I don't remember having trouble like that from the one we bought it from the Sam's store, for the same type of box.

This is my favorite cocoa product. I’ve tried many and I keep coming back to this. Maybe it is a nostalgia thing. I also use chocolate chips to enhance the flavor since sometimes I like it sweeter and other times I like it more bitter. If you combine this with peppermint whipped cream you will have a winner.
