The marshmallows instantly dissolve when hot water is added, but all brands are like that. This is the cheapest price atound and it shipped just fine.

Good old Swiss Miss! It seems like I've been drinking this all my life, and I still love it. FYI when you're on a diet and are dying for something sweet this will take the edge off with hardly any calories.

great taste, good to warm you up on chilly mornings. Remember, this is mixed in 12 oz of water or milk. Ive tried it in muscle milk for a higher protein content.

Favorite breakfast drink for mom throughout the year. I only purchase the Swiss Miss without marsh mellows. Marsh mellows cause a weight gain. Great value for the number of packets in the box. This isn't a year round product in Florida, so I stock up to get through the summer.

We love hot chocolate and Swiss Miss has little marshmallows in the mix. Bought thinking it was packaged as K-Cups to use in our coffee machine, but was surprised it came in packets. It will work okay by putting the mix in a mug and adding hot water from the coffee maker. Love hot chocolate.

Everything was fine with the delivery but when I picked up the delivery box I could hear cocoa sliding around inside the box. I opened the box and there was Swiss miss all over the inside of the box. The Swiss miss box was covered in cocoa. So, I wiped it off and opened the cocoa box. There were some packets that were open and making a mess all over. I discarded the open ones and cleaned the rest of the packets. Then I sat down for a deliciously warm cup of cocoa. Was it worth the hassle? YES!

Opened a package only to find a few specks of white things that I'm guessing were supposed to be marshmallows. Took them back and got a refund.
