I struggle with insomnia. Have tried multiple night time teas and many have a non-pleasant taste. I really enjoy CS Sleepytime & enjoy this as part of my nighttime routine. I use 2 teabags to a large mug and sip away!

Love this tea. Make a cup at night to sip while watching tv. Helps me to wind down and the taste is great. Usually drink plain or sometimes I add 1 teaspoon of honey.

Im not a member of Sams Clubs so I thought it was pretty nice of them to let me order this with a temporary membership. Can't find a deal better than this! Thanks, Sams Club!

Love the taste of this tea. Doesn't help much at bedtime to make me sleepy or calmer but I enjoy drinking it as it tastes good.

Two teabags of this tea doesn't make me sleepy. It may help relax me but drinking tea before bed mostly just makes me have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Maybe I need something stronger. The taste is good, and makes me relaxed, not sleepy.
