What a quick and easy lunch for the 5 growing boys in my house. They all love these noodles! I will be ordering again soon!

I've started my own diet. I eat one of these every day for lunch. It's only 290 calories. So far, so good. I am losing about 3 pounds a week and never fell hungry.

These came in clutch when I suddenly had Covid-19. Your appetite decreases and your not as motivated to cook a big meal. So just add water and they are ready to eat in just 3 minutes. Great thing is you can dress them up If you want or eat them as is!

I liked these noodles better than the Maruchan Instant lunch.

I buy these to give out to the homeless. It is the least expensive quick and light meal to give them.

I use them when I need a little something to fill in between meals. I make two at a time by pouring boiling water in each container. Then I dump them both in a quart size pot or howl to enjoy.

I like the noodles but you have to be extra careful pouring hot boiling water in the cup. The noodles will soften after 3 mintues sitting in cup with lid on. I always like adding little soy sauce to mines.. You have to add boil water can't be microwave..

Not microwavable and not as good as most others or regular Ramen noodles. You have to boil water and add to the cup and wait 3 min. You cannot add water and then microwave like most others so not very convenient.

I purchased this item online early July 2019 to save me a trip from going to the store since I live across town. My friend and I had one cup each and our stomachs started hurting after. Out of curiosity, I checked the expiration and it was expired in June 2001!!!! I received 18 year old noodles!!! I had to drive across town to return this item and was only refunded the amount that I paid; no sorry or any concern from the representative that I had received and accidentally eaten 18 year old noodles.

I don't know if I got a bad batch but all of our seemed to not have any flavoring on them I seriously had to buy chicken seasoning bullion and add a little bit to each cup
