The first time I tried NISSIN ramen noodles, I noticed the difference. These have a hint of chives (slightly onion-y) that makes them different, something I've never noticed in other brands. I cook them in a small skillet with lid until the water is almost evaporated, and add steamed carrots, blanched peas, and a little roasted chicken meat. Then I give it all a tablespoon or two of oyster sauce, and sometimes a tablespoon of Hoisin sauce. They are fab!

Literally this is ramen. Unsure what people were expecting when the purchased a 48 count of RAMEN but to get ramen?!? Great for someone living on a budget or at school. Love this stuff, just have to put additional seasoning in it to make it how you like!

Bought this ramen thinking it would be similar in flavor to the Maruchan that Sam's used to carry, I was wrong! This stuff is horrible! Didn't think it was possible for ramen to get any saltier, I was wrong again. This stuff is almost inedible due to the salt level, not to mention the chicken flavor tastes like a mixture of chemicals and rancid chicken fat. Very disappointed, I have been buying ramen at Sam's for decades but unless they switch back I will add this to the list of things I won't be buying there anymore.

I've been a fan of this soup for years. It comes in very handy for a quick lunch, I've also used it for dinner by tossing in leftover meats or veggies from the night before. I'm never without it. I really don't see any difference between this brand and the Maruchan brand. I season it with soya sauce, crushed red pepper flakes and a seasoning salt.

I don't understand all the people saying “bring back maruchan” ramen because I've been trying my hardest to find top ramen and couldn't find it anywhere! My boys will only eat top ramen. The other brand has a weird tasting flavor pack. My family is a top ramen family for sure, even my mother, brother, and sisters family prefer top ramen over that maruchan brand. So while I understand the whole to each his own thing, please sams, do not go back to that other brand. Stick with top ramen, it's the best!

Nothing fancy about this. It's just a simple instant ramen at a good price. Great for a quick snack or small meal.

These noodles taste nothing like the original brand noodles, I mean they Literally LACK Flavor! If you've tasted the original you will be very disappointed and dissatisfied with this brand.

I don't know why these have so many bad reviews. These taste soo much better than Maruchan. They have a stronger taste and I love them! I love the price too! Thank you SAMS!

These are good noodles but the amount of sodium per pack is very high. I would not recommend them for that reason. I wish there are noodles with less sodium.
