I was advised to use this product by th clinic after my proceedure, found it at Sams Club. It works great for me, easy to use, clean-up and does its job. I have a Navage but this is much simpler and no batteries. I'm glad I bought this quanity so I can continue to use it in the future to help my sinuses, might buy another while they're still available.

My boyfriend and I use this stuff just about daily, sometimes twice a day. If riding our motorcycles, most definitely gets used. And, this is the best way to buy it as there are bonuses in the box you don’t get with the smaller boxes. It’s cheaper, too.

This is a very convenient package. The extra bottles are included for switching out bottles. There are 250 premixed saline packets included as well. Which means I don’t have to make a trip to the store every 6 weeks. Currently there is a small bottle of saline solution included which relieves dry sinuses. Can’t beat the price and quality.

I have used this health product for years and it really helps with sinus issues and allergy on a daily basis. This is the most cost-effective combination for the sinus rinse. Only disappointment is not being able to purchase at the Club level. However, Plus membership eliminates S&H cost.

excellent multi pack of this sinus rinse. my husband had a lot of sinus issues due to a couple broken noses from hockey in his youth. this has led to infections or just constantly being stuffed. his dr suggested this as a help to his issues. he is religious about doing these rinses and it has made a huge difference for him. he travels frequently and these little packets and plastic bottles make it easy for him to continue using pretty much where ever he is. i liked that there were 2 bottles in this pack. last time he was home, i made a little travel bag with it and packets to put in his back pack so he always has it with him.

Been using this brand for years and helps me a lot. If you have allergies and sinus problems, you need to be using this every day. And you get this for $20 bucks where it costs 100 packs for around $17. You simply are getting so much more for your money.

If you have allergy symptoms, you need this product. I have been using this for years to help clear sinuses. If you have allergies you can tell when you have a sinus infection coming on. At the first sign I start using the rinse 2or 3 times a day. More often than not I can clear things up before there’s a full blown infection.

Have chronic sinusitis. This helps a lot.

Our ENT recommended this product a number of years ago, and we fing it much easier tnan a neti pot. We both use it daily and it does help with breathing and sinus issues. Its great to get it at Sams for a reasonable cost.
