I cook on medium/high heat with a little olive oil. Instead of water I use the Bia brand coconut water, the flavor is excellent. Add fruit topping after pouring batter, blueberries are my favorite. Add a little whip topping and real maple syrup poured around the edges, not over for moist cakes, not soagy. Well worth purchasing.
