Google "how to make kodiak pancakes light and fluffy" That will give you recipes, specifically the ones that say beat egg whites stiff add stiff whites to kodiak mix, egg yolks, water. I add some vanilla and a little splenda sugar blend they are fantastic 👌 I do not normally like pancakes but needed protien breakfast options I was getting tired of eggs alone. I bought this mix made it as directed on the box and they are NOT good that way. If you want a light fluffy pancake with this mix you must do the egg whites and yolks recipe. I make them up in batches they freeze wonderfully. So far I have done blueberry, banana, cinnamon and I actually like them better than reg pancake mix.

Taste good enough a little card boardy but with enough sugar free syrup pretty good
