Poor packaging resulted in losing almost all of one of the bottles. There was padding at the bottom but not the top where the fragile spouts are. One broke and leaked most of the product into the box.

I have been using Neutrogena products for a very long time and Rainbath in particular. In fact one of my physicians recommended my using Rainbath. I never travel without a small bottle in case the hotel where I am staying does not supply it.

Most everything I have ever bought by Neutrogena is a quality product. Smells nice - not heavy or intense, just right. It's a big bottle 14" tall roughly. I would buy this product again.

We love this body wash some times it's hard to get so we stock up. It has a clean scent that isn't overpowering and doesn't trigger my migraines or irritate or dry out my sensitive skin.
