My little one is almost 8 months old and was exclusively breast-fed for seven months. When we were ready to transition to formula I was very nervous because of the multitude of options, but, Similac Total Comfort made the process extremely easy. My son took to it immediately. We used a slow weaning method over the course of two weeks while introducing the formula gradually and by the end he no longer cared to nurse because he was satisfied by the bottle and formula which made it am even easier experience for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time mom and I planned to do both breastfeed and formula and it did work pretty well. My Baby use to have Pro Advance mostly but sometimes he experienced spit up and discomfort then we switched to this Similac Pro-Total Comfort and his symptoms improved in a day. Whenever we fight with reflux or spit up this is a life saver, it is easy on his tummy. But my son kinda hated this formula in the beginning (he had no issues at all with pro advance though) he used to just push it away , but I kept trying and he slowly started taking it. Yes ! One thing I did not liked about it is ... It did not mix well if you try mixing it in the bottle you do end up with some lumps. We use mixing Pitcher and that has worked well for us.

We were using pro-advance formula specifically for the HMO. It left her gassy and fussy, so we had to switch to total comfort which did wonders. Noticed the difference immediately after the first bottle! So excited they now have total comfort with HMO. This will be the only product we use from now on. Seriously moms, it's a must have for gassy babies!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main concern when trying new formula is how my son's stomach will react to it. He had no issues and drank it so that's all I could ask for. I appreciate the added benefits for development and immune support that I may not be able to see but are a result of using this formula

I tried this formula after unsuccessfull attempts at others like Enfamil Gentlease and my babies gas and constipation were just as bad if not worse. I went on reading the reviews and had several moms suggest trying the (old version) Total Comfort NOT Pro. My babies are so much happier now and have been doing a great deal better! But now I have to struggle to find this version due to them pushing it out for the “Better” Pro-total comfort. I will start trying other formulas if this becomes too difficult. Such a disappointment!

We bought 2-3 big can of 29.8 oz of pro-comfort once my son's pediatrician switched him to regular formulae from neoshore .. when researched found this formulae was good in nutrition and gentle but my son with his initial feeds vomited 2-3 times.. something wrong with taste/smell..not for us

I tried the pro total comfort to help ease my babies fussiness despite the awful smell and all it did was make my baby even more fussy. After 2 sleepless nights with my little one, I had to get rid of the formula. What a waste of money! I am disappointed in this product.

This formula did not work for my baby. To start, it has a horrible smell and taste! When baby boy was able to pass gas, it smelled so foul it would make my eyes water... the formula made him extremely uncomfortable with gas and constipation! He would strain all day trying to get one of the two out! But when he did... holy cow did it wreak!! When this didn't work, we switched him to Similac sensitive. That seems to be making a world of difference! He is passing gas, pooping, burping, and eating wonderfully! So glad we made the switch. Oh... and the odors coming from him are gone now, too. 0 recommendation for total comfort, 100% recommendation for sensitive.

My 7 week olds pediatrician gave us a couple sample cans of this to try due to lots of spit up/reflux. Tried it for two days before throwing it in the trash can. It smelled horrible and caused my little one to have diarrhea, also made her reflux way worse than it was before the switch. This is my third similac formula we have tried and none of them worked had to switch to Enfamil Nutramigen. Super expensive, but similac products were the same price with no good outcome.

I start using this formula since my baby was having issues with another formula with similac. I thought it wasgoing help. Instead it make my baby very gassy, my baby was crying a lot and at night he could not sleep anymore with this formula. And it smells and tastes nasty. Please do not waste your money on this formula. It was making my baby sick. I am only writing this because I don't want anybody to through what I when through with my baby for two months. I would never buy this formula again..
