Unfortunately I have not drank it on a daily basis, as I have issues with my stomach. It is very sensitive, especially to dairy. I think it is a great product and I have also made it in the blender, like a smoothie with ice.

The consumption caused 3 hour nausea and gastrointestinal symptoms.

I take two daily for calories and protein.
