I had triple bypass surgery at 84 and now at 89 I am still a firm believer in Ensure. I find I feel stronger and more active after I have my Ensure in the morning and I try never to miss a day without it. I am on a fixed income so I must watch what I purchase, but I do always include Ensure in my dietary meal planning.

I enjoy drinking them to start my day and in between meals as well! I've recommended them to coworkers and friends. She drinks Ensure for protein and likes the chocolate flavor - we cap it for later in the day when she can't drink the full bottle. Has to be timed with the carbo levo medication she uses.
