It adds the proteins and other nutrients that I am missing from my much smaller meals so I feel stronger and have a lot more energy! And, it tastes great!!

If I had not been drinking Ensure, my body would have suffered greatly from lack of essential vitamins and especially protein. I drank three a day because it was very tasty and did not make me nauseous. Plus, I felt like my body was getting maximum nutrition compared to any other options available to me.

I like the taste and I like is not thick at all. However I do feel that it's really expensive. You get 4 I'm a pack paying 13. That's alit if money when your drinking this 2x a day.
