Then, I discovered these shakes and they taste DELICIOUS! They have a smooth texture, rather than chalky like other brands, which helps me swallow and not gag. Highly recommend, especially if you need to keep weight on. Who wants a feeding tube?

I started a regimen of giving him his morning wake up shake (Chocolate Enlive). Not only did it help him digest his medicine better by coating his stomach, it brought him back physically. Of course I try to tell them how good it tastes. I love the 20 protein chocolate Enlive. My doctor encouraged me to drink Ensure. I consume two Enlive every day. For me the drink is better than a milk shake.

Kids that are in sports drink it after workouts and games, my wife who is an avid runner has one after her daily 5 mile runs and I drink one with a Zone bar for lunch and after my workouts. I see that Abbott has just launched a new Ensure Max product with 30 grams of protein, 1 gm of sugar with only 150 calories. May give that a try. Only thing is it doesn't come in vanilla or strawberry...

I go to the gym regularly and I also sought to improve my muscle strength with proper nutrition. I was thrilled to see that Ensure Enlive has HMB for muscle strength in its ingredients. I now I drink it regularly as a supplement to my nutrition regimen, which includes other Ensure products. Milk Chocolate is my favorite. Smart nutrition has never tasted so good!
