Was so delighted to try the Thrive. I have been using the Original for many years and used to love it but you kept making it thinner and thinner. It was great for taking pills and getting nutrition. The Thrive was higher protein and thick like the old Original. I am somewhat lactose intolerant and never had a problem drinking Original. Thrive gives me severe gastric distress within 20 minutes of ingestion. I have studied ingredients and they seem to be the same as Original.....something is very wrong. So hard to open..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started giving this to my husband after retuning home from a 14 day visit in the ICU. During this time he had lost alot of muscle mass. Protein is an essential part of rebuilding muscle. Enliven provides 20 grams of protein without the powdery taste that many protein supplement drinks have. It's smooth and tasty. 1 year layer and he is still drinking it daily.

Ever since, I always have some in stock (unless I've run out). I may be retired, but I'm busier than ever taking care of grand children and running our antique and mini northern Michigan summer resort. With that schedule, I don't have time to eat regular breakfasts and lunches; so I grab an Ensure. Love the taste (though I wish Enlive was available in dark chocolate like the regular) and its creaminess which makes me feel full.

With a meal it helped to transition her back home with a better appetite. She has gained weight due to the extra calories in Enlive. If it wasn't for Enlive I don't believe she would be as far as she is today. Thank you Abbott for making a fine product.

Don't know how they did it, but this one is even more delicious than the others I've tried, and I've tried them all! Sometimes I definitely don't even feel like I need a meal. This is full of great protein and nutrrient. Just what my body needs. Fabulous!
