To my delight the drink was delicious. I am lactose intolerant and drinking Ensure Enlive was as close to a vanilla shake taste I have had since cutting out milk products. Since my discharge I look forward to drinking one a day to keep up with my protein and calories along with enjoying the taste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 97 year old Mother has little appetite for food. We make sure she eats as much food as possible (which is a struggle) but it does not take much effort to get her to enjoy an Ensure or two each day. She particularly enjoys the vanilla flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Ensure Enliven I lead a full and active life. I am 77 years young and still work full time as a Production Supervisor. I am on my feet and moving at very fast pace for 9 hours at time. The work is demanding and requires constant shifting of focus throughout the shift. My shifts vary from 4 am to 1 pm and 1 pm to 10 pm which makes regular mealtimes pretty dodgy. But Ensure Enliven allows me to top up when I should be having a regular meal and sees me through without the midday (or evening droop). This does not mean that I miss mealtimes, it just means that they are delayed and not at scheduled times. The flavors are great but I particularly enjoy vanilla. A great way to enjoy Ensure Enliven is to pour it over a bowl of cereal and fruit, instead of milk and these are easy items to pack into a lunch pail. Ensure Enliven is cost-friendly so it does not strain the budget and it certainly beats Deli food items which are often deep fried (and costly to boot). Ensure Enliven keeps my mind active and focused so that I can concentrate on the job at hand. Added to my work responsibilities is maintaining our home which I share with my loving husband and our dear little dog. Entertaining family and friends on days off plays a huge part in my life and Ensure Enliven allows me to keep up the pace.

Tastes great; appears to be healthy; gives me sustained energy, buy way too much sugar! The second ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup.
