My son will only drink it at bedtime and i always have to mix it with milk. Because if he drinks it straight it will run right through him. I don't like paying the high cost for a product that i know does not cost anywhere near that much to make. But it gives me piece of mind knowing that my son gets the extra vitamins and minerals that he may not have eaten while i was at work.

Pediasure has been my favorite product that I have ever purchased in my entire life. Not only has it provided adequate calories and nutrition helping my failure to thrive toddler grow, but it has given me my sanity back. Before our pediatrician suggested pediasure, I was constantly chasing down my toddler trying to offer him whole milk and food that he would continuously reject. I would log every calorie and read every label just to make sure he was getting what he needed. Every day was stressful and feeding him was a struggle. I constantly felt guilty that I wasn't doing enough for him. We finally introduced my tiny boy to pediasure and he gobbled down the whole bottle in only a few minutes! He was able to get 240 calories in a just a few minutes vs. me following him around with food for hours! My youngest son is a preemie and has had trouble gaining and maintaining his weight. However, since introducing pedisure, he seems to be eating more and loves the vanilla flavor. My only concern is is pedisure peptide good with growth and weight gain as the grow and gain version?

My son didn't like the flavor s'mores. Wish they sale on singles for I can see which one my son likes. So far I am only giving him the strawberry one. But I don't want him to get burned out of it either. He hasn't tried other flavors just those 2. It's a waste of money buying the whole pack when your child don't like the flavor. I've tried adding it to recipes but he is just too picky.

I made him the chocolate shake mix and told him it was chocolate milk. He drank it all and LOVED it! He has no idea that it is not his normal chocolate milk.
