I give them to my kids when they are struggling to eat due to illness, also use these when we're rushing and miss breakfast it fills their tummies and holds them over until their mealtime, they love the taste “just like chocolate milk”

My kid is on ADHD meds and I have found this to be a good source of nutrition while maintaining weight!
