If you are needing a protein supplement, Glucerna's Chocolate is the best. I have tried MANY similar drinks, but this is easily the best. I would prefer that this was in cans to make it more recyclable. Because it's in plastic, I do use less of it than I would otherwise.

I've tried a lot of drinks like this and was never impressed. Always, gritty, chalky, odd texture, so so taste. This is the first one I actually enjoyed. It certainly makes it easier to manage blood sugar when you can look forward to something like this!

While I'm not diabetic, I find that having a bottle of Glucerna Hunger Smart as lunch gives me the chocolate flavor I love while removing the sugar drop I experienced when I eat a regular lunch. I'm no longer snacking mid afternoon! This protein shake works well for me.

I find this rich chocolate shake very satisfying, and it meets my needs as a diabetic. I have one every day for breakfast. I am finding it difficult to locate this item in a store these days, but Walmart.com has what I need. Delivered in a double box so even though the outer box had a flap open, the two boxes inside with the actual shakes were untouched.

I love the rich chocolate flavor of these shakes my doctor took me off all diabetic medication, no more counting carbs for me! The protein and vitamins are a plus. The price is right! p,s, you can place the shakes in a blender with ice cubes So good!...

The taste is great! Actually taste like a shake especially if it's cold. I like to shake it up really good so it's thicker. My favorite is chocolate of course. But it does really help with type 2 diabetes when it comes to managing my blood sugar levels. It kills the constant hunger you get when your sugar is high.

my home nurse told me to drink this to help with bone healing and safe for diabetes. it does seem to offer a little more in the way of more energy since I been drinking , my husband is drinking them too feels the same as in the energy . been drinking them for now everyday for 2 weeks . the chocolate to me is to rich , the vanilla %26 strawberry is really good cold , only disappointing thing is they dont freeze like a milkshake as does the ensure.

Great as a snack or days when you're not hungry! Added with a regular diet, it'll keep your levels under control

I drink these for breakfast every morning. It's just right and I can replace a meal with them if I would like and they taste good.
