Best tasting quick snack relatively low calorie slow glycemic response. It could be less expensive it's a shame they are gouging diabetics, it could be a lot cheaper.

I loved the chocolate. I may try the other one next time. Best thing yet… I could feel my energy level go up. Now, if only the price would go down.

Purchased several times now. First chocolate which was good but a tad too rich for me. Finally tried vanilla and like it best for taste. Certainly works for a meal replacement, often 1 holds my energy and hunger all day if I stay hydrated with water and 20oz electrolyte drink. Then a small healthy snack of oikos yogurt, 1/4cup of plain walnuts %26 a bit of frozen blueberries, a few hrs b4 bedtime. Even got my 28 yr old daughter hooked, whom is usually very reluctant to try new things🤗

I love the chocolate flavor. The hunger smart shakes give a feeling of fullness that lasts longer than a typical diabetic shake. I really like these much better than the vanilla flavor which seems to be too thick and too heavily flavored. These shakes are great tasting and dont have any odd taste that typically comes with nutrition shakes. I absolutely recommend this brand and this chocolate flavor for the taste, glucose level balance, and feeling of fullness. Tip: if you feel hungrier for something other than a shake (that may spike blood sugar), drink some of this shake first before eating. These really do help prevent blood sugar spikes!

Im hypoglycemic and this works so great when I start to feel my blood sugar dropping . It taste like a chocolate milkshake. It's very fast acting. You don't have to wait around for it to start working. It works immediately. There's only 11 g of carbs and 5 g of sugar. I drink one each day and it's fun because it taste so delicious. I use them when I would otherwise miss a meal; not more than one a day and not every day. The taste is fine. I have several gastro-intestinal issues, and this doesn't cause me any GI problems. I also have several food allergies, and this doesn't trigger them.

Be sure to have this shake Very Cold. It will taste like a chocolate shake if it is in the freezer for an hour. Let it get slushy and it becomes a treat for a diabetic and this is healthier.

Having diabetes limits my choices when it comes to having something refreshing to drink. Having this available to satisfy that need is wonderful. Matter of fact, I think I'll have one right after I hit submit.

Not the best tasting but I've had worse. it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. Also I drink 3 a day per doctor orders for the increased protein to promote healing and have been doing it for months but have not noticed a difference like i should especially for the price so not so great taste combined with little health benefits translates to not worth it.

To many ingredients including canolia oil,fructose,corn oil and 15 other names I can't pronounce. This products is not good for diabetics. It spiked my glucose but the taste is nice and the nutrition values are good.
