As a diabetic, I am always looking for ways to add more protein to my diet. These Glucerna shakes do the job. The chocolate is delicious and keeps me feeling full until lunch. I highly recommend.

I drink at least 1 of these a day. My doctor is happy since she says I don't eat enough. I like the chocolate taste with being diabetic it gives me something I can have and still not cheat on my diet.

My husband takes this which helps him with his numbers. It was here the very next day which was great. It cost about $1.50 each and is worth every penny.

I bought this for a friend who is handicapped and whos had quite a few strokes he could not get the tops off he had to go get a neighbor to unscrew it it was too difficult to turn the top off He loved the choc drink

these drinks are great to curb your appetite. i use them as a replacement for breakfast or as a snack or when i have a taste for chocolate or anything sweet. much healthier than a chocolate bar.

I'm not sure if these shakes count as a meal replacement or not, but I use them to coat my stomach in the morning in order to take my medicine. They are delicious and filling.

I chose this kind because of the carbohydrates/sugar ratio was less than other brands. The chocolate flavor is delicious, and it keeps me satisfied without spiking my glucose.

These are a Diabetes friendly meal supplement. that helps you get a better balanced meal than you would have had with your frozen or drive-thru meals. I don't like how difficult it is to remove the wrap to be able to get the cap off.
