I have a Glucerna every morning for breakfast. It's about all I have time for. All the flavors taste great and they tie me over until I get my 15 minute break 3 hours later.

I tried it for the first time and it really does curb your hunger, and it keeps your blood pressure or you blood sugar down to. I recommend it to diabetic.
