High calories for a protein shake.

I bought two weeks ago, so far I am happy with it. My hunger is lower and the vitamin D is good for me. My next blood work will be good on that area.

Great taste and very convenient. I think for diabetics, there are too many added sugars. There should be NO added sugar.

Tried one today and it’s just like drinking a milkshake. I love the vanilla ones. It took my appetite down and that’s what I was aiming for.

I can't drink it because it tadtes like vitamins. Take out the vitamins and you will probably have a good product.

My mom was buying glucerna vanilla and chocolate flavor, she had to stop due to Diarrhea and incontinence.
