It tastes amazing, but it does leave my blood sugar levels a little high after I drink it ( I test 2 hours after ) . I prefer the hunger smart shakes , but my bulk store doesn't carry them .

I bought a week ago and it is helping me with my appetite and keep my energy. I changed to Glucerna from Ensure after having a higher than normal Glucose level.

I have tried different brands but nothing beats the taste of Glucerna. I like to freeze them. It is better than creamy ice-cream and keeps me from waking up for a 3am snack. I had my last one today. Wish I had made it to the store today.

Kept me alive! Was in a hospital and fed only shakes while in a 7 day coma. I lost weight so the overall calories could be increased to assist folks living with cancer.

Sometimes I don’t have time to prepare breakfast, but Glucerna is a quick & easy meal. It is also delicious & convenient when I can’t break for lunch. I LOVE the rich chocolate flavor.

Ive been drinking this for almost a year. It tastes great. My only problems are the cost & getting it open. Arthritis doesn’t help the situation! Also, I wish you had a combo pack so I could try the vanilla flavor. The chocolate is wonderful!

Mysterious blood sugar spike after drinking these, finally traced it to maltodextrin after eliminating all other ingredients. Please reformulate without maltodextrin.

I have been drinking these shakes off and on for several years now. I am impressed on how they taste and more impressed because they don't spike my sugar and make me sleepy.

It's a product for diabetes still it has 4gm of sugar which is maltodextrin which is really bad for diabetes.so basically it doesn't help.Abbott should look for alternative sweetener to be added instead of corn or maltodextrin
