Glucerna works!!!

I am type-2 diabetic for 10+ years and was always struggling to reduce blood sugar spike 2 hours after meal even with low carb diet, till I replaced my dinner with Glucerna. In first three days itself I noticed my sugar level 2 hours after dinner was 100pts below compared to what it used to be earlier.
