Great taste but hard to find in store and kinda expensive...

My fiance drinks one every morning to get his blood sugar stable. He doesn't have time to make breakfast all the time, so this is a great way for him to get out the door and drink it on the way to work. I always make sure he has the chocolate shakes on hand. Great product!!

I was diagnosed with GD early in pregnancy and was struggling to find a quick and easy alternate to my work day go - a bowl of cereal. This is a life saver! Helps prevent an early morning spike, I blend with ice and some peanut butter and I'm good to go. I do have to agree that the flavor is very earthy due to all the vitamins/minerals but the extra peanut butter hides that well.

My husband and I are diabetic. I keep a Glucerna and a juice in my tote when we go out. Never go anywhere without both. Also one of each in the bedroom. For some reason his blood sugar will be fine when we leave. But I geuss the extra exercise makes his sugar suddenly drop. So I give him the juice to bring his sugar up fast. Then the Glucerna to keep it up. He likes the chocolate. I like the vanilla.

Glucerna is used as therapeutic nutrition in my household for my mother. My mother is diabetic and is challenged with Alzheimer's. Her difficulty with eating and swallowing is real. Glucerna, used to supplement her meals, is easy for her and simply a GodSend. Although I'm not diabetic, I do enjoy Glucerna as a snack, particularly the chocolate! Glucerna is a healthy meal supplement :-)

Very good product BUT… I am writing to bring to your attention an accessibility issue with the plastic seals on your protein shake bottles. My mother, who has Parkinson’s, finds it very challenging to open the seals due to their thickness and the difficulty in gripping and tearing them. It would be greatly beneficial if you could consider incorporating an easier-to-open design or an assistive feature for individuals with mobility issues. This change would not only help my mother but also many others who face similar challenges. Thank you for considering this feedback. I look forward to see an improvement in the design

I recently bought the 16 pack (chocolate of course!) and it really helped with my management! However, it was rather expensive to purchase on a regular basis (I'm a retiree and unfortunately on a strict budget). It would be helpful if coupons are available.

I purchase a box or two of these every week for my 92 year old Grandfather. He loves them! He believes they help hive him energy as well. Sorry to see the store was out of stock tho, it is nice to ship them as well but I needed them sooner than later.

The product is good when you need something to eat & have no time to fix food. However, the sodium is far too much & makes my legs swell. Far too much salt in my serving. I got 3 cases, vanilla, chocolate & strawberry before I found out about how the salt content!

My wife buys the Glucerna Shakes for me when she shops for groceries. I use from four to nine shakes a week. My favorite is strawberry, but I like and use all three flavors. Being diabetic I try to keep my blood sugar as close to normal as I can. These shakes help me to maintain my blood sugar.
