Have great taste. The smell is so good. My son loves it. He refuses milk if it does not have Pediasure in it. However, it is too sweet, I have to mix with whole milk.

PediaSure Grow and Gain Vanilla flavored is quite tasty according to my son. It also helps when he's not feeling to eat. I find that after a few weeks it does indeed work.
