My son is very small for almost being 5. He was 32.8lbs last week, and after one “chocolate milk” each day, he’s up to 33.8lbs! He loves his chocolate milk. I know it says to use water, but we use milk because he likes it better that way. I’m please with how fast he’s already gaining weight! Trying to get him to at least 38lbs-40lbs by his next appointment we’ll see!

It’s really a great way to supplement with protein and vitamins when they aren’t getting enough of them through nutrition. My daughter also has some allergies that hinder her from reaching her nutrition goals, and having her drink these shakes have been a fun way to mix things up. I told her it was a vanilla milkshake and we even added some sprinkles to make her feel like it was a treat. The vanilla flavor is good, and she would also love to try other flavors as well. She loves it and I feel better knowing that she is getting the extra protein and vitamins that her body needs. My son, who’s a picky eater and underweight for his age and height, was prescribed pediasure by his nutritionist. We have been using pediasure for 3 months now and in such a short time we have made weight gains putting him closer to his recommended growth line. He loves the taste of both the vanilla and fiber enhanced vanilla shakes.

My son had issues gaining weight. For months he was 17 pounds and what was worse was that instead of gaining weight he was loosing it. I was getting really worry until I tried PediaSure he is a very picky eater and drinker I am the same way so I didn't want to give him something I wouldn't like myself, I was pleasantly surprise that he loved the strawberry flavor. I was very happy he gain 3 pounds and I try to give him 2 per day. Just wish their was more flavors. He only seems to like the strawberry. Might tried the banana I didn't even know that was an option I hadn't seen it.
