ensure lowered the amount of vitamin D it did have 80% now its 40% and other then using this to help me gain weight and it hasn't even helped me gain weight and it contains sucrose which i dont like that either

This is the best flavor and best tasting nutritional drink I have found. I am using it to help gain weight. I put a whole Ensure in my blender with vanilla ice cream to make a treat and help get more calories.
