Very expensive for someone on a fixed income. I have always had a problem gaining weight. I am 69 yes old and weigh 86 lbs. In good health. I try to drink 2 bottles a day for over a yr. Have not seen any weight gain, Ensure plus milk choc. But it is so delicious and nutritious I continue to drink.

I have been having weight issues all my life. I am always on the go and would only eat breakfast and dinner. My sister introduced me to the regular ensure, and it really didn’t do much. However, when they started receiving the butter pecan plus flavor, I started drinking it. I tell you know lie, within weeks, I started gaining weight. However, I had to train my body something I’ve never done before as well. I eat breakfast, and since my body do not hold weight I would drink the ensure 2 -3 hours after eating my breakfast. Than I would drink another one mid day with my dinner. I went from 135 to 140 within 2 weeks. I would recommend the butter pecan plus flavor to those trying to gain weight. Everything is life is a training your body purpose.

I use as meal replacement and it’s better than eating a meal for the vitamins and protein I can get from an ensure plus. I have a hard time eating and this makes it easy for me. I asked him if he could suggest a vitamin pill that would be helpful for me. He said "All you need to do is switch over to Ensure High Protein." I did not want to give up the drink that I loved and looked forward to drinking everyday. However, he insisted that I try just one bottle and he made a "bet" that 'if I did not like it, he would give my money back---double" . I fell in love with my Ensure High Protein --it is my treat for the day! This drink is giving me the crutch I need to, not only stay alive--but also the energy to be more active. You lost my business when u changed the recipe. I spent 30 to 40 $ a week on ensure plus milk choc. I kept returning it to the store because it tasted horrible. So thick I couldn't bare to swallow it. I went out of town and bought it. Returned that. That's when I figured out that the recipe had changed. In my opinion yall messed up big time. U lost a lot of money from me alone.

Often twice when I make a milkshake using french vanilla ice cream and 1 bottle of chocolate Ensure +. Very satisfying and by adding the ice cream it kinda' covers my sweet tooth cravings.

She gained 3 pounds in three days by drinking two a day with regular meals. I finally purchased the ensure (strawberry, it taste delicious) , I noticed a difference within 2 weeks maybe even sooner. My clothes are tighter, I can see the difference. I’ve been drinking two a day ( with regular meals) for about a month, mayb 4 -5 days missed. I recommend ensure plus for anyone who is having trouble gaining weight.
