It wasn’t until I was eating 6-7000 calories a day that I started gaining anything. It is much harder than you would think to eat that many calories in a day, but thanks to Ensure Plus and the delicious milk chocolate flavor, I am able to get there!

I was born with a genetic blood disease where I have to be hospitalized from time to time and I lose weight from time to time. I have made milkshakes with Ensure Plus and they are very delicious. I love the butter pecan flavor Ensure Plus. It really taste like butter pecan and it's my favorite flavor. I also like the strawberry and vanilla flavors in that order lol.
