I found the taste of the milk chocolate to be quit pleasing and the texture soothing for my sore mouth. After I recovered, I found the product to bet a great supplement for endurance events. His doctor suggested Ensure for him, and I chose Ensure Plus because it has 350 calories per bottle. He takes 3 per day, along with any food I can convince him to eat.

At times several Ensure Plus a day were all that helped me recover my weight. Milk Chocolate, Strawberry and Butter Pecan are great. I absolutely dislike Vanilla and Dark Chocolate, they leave strange aftertastes in my mouth. I avoid them. I also love Ensure Clear for days where I can not stand yet another milky drink - although I do think the flavor on the MultiFruit needs to be stronger. All-in-all Ensure is A+ in my books.
