She gained 3 pounds in three days by drinking two a day with regular meals. I finally purchased the ensure (strawberry, it taste delicious) , I noticed a difference within 2 weeks maybe even sooner. My clothes are tighter, I can see the difference. I’ve been drinking two a day ( with regular meals) for about a month, mayb 4 -5 days missed. I recommend ensure plus for anyone who is having trouble gaining weight.

Ensure Plus gives me the extra energy needed for my body to keep going. I also give Ensure to my children and they love it. My growing son drinks it like water. Now that I am not in good health I drink Ensure Plus to sustain my body since I do not have much of an appetite. I recommend this product to everyone ill or not. Sincerely.

She does not have an appetite so I make sure she has an Ensure plus, milk chocolate her favorite, every day. It makes me feel good to know she is getting the protein and all the other things she needs.

He often isn't hungry and doesn't cook, but there is never a struggle getting him to drink an Ensure and I feel better knowing he is getting vitamins and a few extra calories. He loves the milk chocolate flavor. At times, when I am not around, all I have to do is lay out an Ensure and I know it will be consumed. I have known many elderly people who have difficulty eating or have a decreased appetite, and I will take them an Ensure. Too many elderly don't cook and Ensure is the solution if they need extra nutrients. I enjoy them too- especially cold. I like knowing I am getting extra vitamins.

My cat Pixie always begs for a little Ensure in the bottle cap but sniffs her nose up and turns away at any other brand. Both Pixie and I can absolutely tell the difference in quality of the "real" Ensure Plus. I always purchase vanilla since that is most compatible with my digestive system. I have been using Ensure for two decades. It helps me to not dip below a dangerously low weight. Thank you.

She is , however, always eager to have her shake ! She loves chocolate and this seems to give her energy. I buy her 3 six packs a week !

Since I have never tried either one I was hesitant to do so. Vanilla was the first choice. Delicious!! Chocolate was next. Not bad either. Both excellent taste. Lots of nutritional value. Everything my body needs. Give it a try..you won't be disappointed.
