I love ensure but,It is expensive. I am a server so I am always on the go. Ensure helps me to get the calories that I sometimes miss through out the day because I'm too busy running around for eat. I just wish that it had more calories. Is there anyway you could make one with more calories?

We feel that Ensure, together with excellent medical care has brought him through crisis situations. He enjoys the taste of Ensure and has one or two daily. I know he doesn’t have a perfect diet and I can always count on Ensure to fill in the gaps. When we cruise on Holland America or Princess, they provide Ensure for their guests at no cost. For us, this means that my 80 year old husband has 2 each day and enjoys our travels. We also take it or buy it when we take other trips. I’ve always been very tiny, but now it’s gotten to a point of unhealthy. So I decided to try this ensure plus that was recommended to me. This drink is gross. I can’t stand the smell, the thick consistency, or the taste. I tried adding ice in the cold drink and chocolate syrup.. and nothing helped. I was really hoping I could stand to drink this because I have trouble wanting to eat, but wow I can’t stand these. I’d honestly rather starve

I am using Ensure plus to help regain weight as a supplement to meals. No problem with taste but does weigh a little heavy on my stomach at times so I find sipping it helps. Can be a little constipating but I just increase my fluid intake. So far have increased my caloric intake and between the Ensure Plus I am regaining the weight I lost.
