[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 17 days in the hospital recovering from Colon surgery I started drinking Ensure Plus every day. I am convinced it made me heal and get back to normal quite quickly. I've tried all of the different flavors, and I like all of them.

I started drinking these cause my mother was in the hospital and they kept giving them to her and she wouldn't drink them. I was already down to 94 lbs and I started drinking them at home too and from Dec to Jan I had gained 10 lbs and another 4 since then. I am so happy with the results cause I can't gain weight and I have also lost my appetite because I was starving myself so my kids could eat and now my eating habits aren't so great! I started with the chocolate which I liked but they started to hurt my stomach so I switched to the vanilla and keep them cold and they taste so good! Sometimes we switch to dark chocolate and strawberry.My husband takes it 3x a day because it is like a meal and liquids for him. He cannot swallow solid foods. I take Ensure when I feel I need a boost instead of energy drinks
