Ever since, I have taken Ensure Plus, daily, as a supplement to my diet, and at my present age 89, Ensure Plus has become the main part of my daily diet.

We always hear about someone trying to lose weight and about all kinds of weight loss supplements but you hardly hear about the "gal" that's tired of being super skinny. Well that was me. I was a size 5 (5'5 in height 130pds) but by head was bigger than my body. I began drinking ensure plus in between my meals and sometimes along with my meals, and my curves began to fill out. I gradually went to a size 9/10 (no stomach fat) and I kept going. My ideal size was to be a 13/14 (180pds) and I made it with the help of the ensure plus in no time. It looks great on me and I'm more confident about myself now than I was then. And what I loved about it was that I was able to keep my flat stomach, I gained in all the places I wanted to gain in. Our lovely Mom will turn 91 yrs old in March 2017. For the past 8 months, Ensure has basically sustained her life. She pretty much stopped eating almost solid all food in May, 2016--that's 8 months ago. During that time, our Mom only wants about 7 tiny bites of food in an average week, and drinks a small amount of cranberry juice. Our Mom drinks an average of 2-1/2 cans of Ensure every day. I was grossly underweight and needed to put weight back on. Using Ensure definitely helped that and the product was enjoyable to drink! The flavor when chilled was great! It has all the necessary vitamins and minerals to help maintain a healthy diet. It's become a regular part daily diet since and I will continue to drink it!

I am so happy that Ensure Plus does not contain artificial sweetner as I (and a few of my friends) are actually allergic to the artificial sweetners . Unfortunately, according to my allergist it is becoming more and more common as people are becoming allergic to the artificial sweetners. I drink two bottles per day to maintain my weight. It also is delicious and I thank the makers of Ensure Plus every day for without it I would not be doing as well as I am. Please don't ever change the formula for Ensure Plus. Thank you.

Strawberry is one of her favs along with butter pecan and coffee latte. I push these drinks on her since she doesn’t eat much. I rely on these drinks. They are a necessity. TY!!
