I originally started using it because I was losing weight and needed to gain it back which I did and then liked the product so much, I continue to use it as a supplement. If I am in a hurry and don't have time to eat, I take one. If I am not feeling well, I take them.

Giving her a glass of Ensure helps her physically by making certain that she gets the minerals and vitamins that she would otherwise not be getting. She loves the taste. I've tasted it, as well. It's not chalky, like some other products. It tastes great when it is cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy all the Ensure plus flavors, but my favorite is strawberry. In the summer months, I drink it cold, and in the colder months, I heat it up Ensure has a smooth, creamy and satisfying texture that is most enjoyable.

My favorite is the strawberry. I am lactose intolerant and I have ulcers and my stomach does fine with the ensure drinks. My kids even like these. I have a terrible time gaining weight or maintaining weight especially when I get sick so these help a lot

At one time we could not get her to eat well, so, her nurse suggested ensure and now we can not get her to stop drinking the ensure (strawberry). It is a product with great taste that consists of a good amount of protein and vitamins. However, it also has 22g of added sugar which is equivalent to those small bottles of Gatorade. Also, 1 can of coke consists of 39g of sugar- not that much from 22g. Too much added sugar is unhealthy.
